URGENT UPDATE As you will probably be aware, the Bekaa valley is under bombardment. Lebanon, already a country in crisis is now in meltdown. We urgently need to get money to Rawaa so she can buy in dry food to sustain the dogs while she still can. ANY help is so appreciated at this critical time and we pray Rawaa, her loved ones and the dogs stay safe.

No words can explain the suffering of street dogs in Lebanon even at the best of times. They are deemed pests, chased away when they come near houses, they are poisoned, they are shot for stepping onto a garden or taking some scraps of food. They are deliberately hit by cars. Puppies are thrown off buildings, have their ears or limbs cut off. Rawaa has been rescuing these tortured and injured dogs in the Bekaa valley for the past 4 years. It is a lifetime mission that needs alot of support. Financial support at this time is critical to her to be able to feed the dogs and keep them alive through this crisis as well as the many others likely she is likely to rescue from the horrors of war over the coming weeks.
