Story
Isla Smith is six years old and lives with Dravet Syndrome (a sever form of epilepsy.) It is a life-long condition which affects Isla’s development and mobility. Isla suffers from severe seizures , some lasting up to 1 hour. She is growing up fast but as she grows she needs a bedroom which has everything she needs to make her comfortable, such as a hoist to get her in and out of bed and equipment to prevent her falling out of bed.

8 years agoThank you so much to all the caring people who have donated. We gave a concert on Friday night and a good time was had by all, raising another £350 to add to the total raised here. There is still a way to go but your generosity is much appreciated. Isla's father was able to be there on the night and gave his heartfelt thanks - her health is such a worry to them at this time of year. Merry Christmas and thank you for acting in the spirit of the season.

Hi Pat I know whatever amount we raise is going to a very worthwhile cause and I wish Isla and her family all the very best and hope and pray they get the money they need to do the adaptations.
