Story
During the month of May, the Ishinryu Karate Association is holding it’s first ever KICKATHON challenge.
The Challenge for each participant is to complete a number of kicks in each and every day of May.
Dragons (junior students) will perform 30 kicks a day.
Adult (level 1) 50 kicks a day.
Adult (level 2) 100 kicks a day.
We look forward to seeing video evidence of your kicking abilities, both inside and outside of the Dojo on the WhatsApp group you have been invited to.
Sponsor forms will be available very shortly for those able to raise funds for Henry.

2 years agoMay 31st - and the last day of Henry's Kickathon We are almost there - just one final day to go. Many of you have already kicked more than 3,000 times for Henry. To date we have raised over £1,600 with this Kickathon - and I know there are more donations to come as sponsorship money gets collected. I have set the target to £2,000 today because I know we can hit that target. Thank you Ishinryu. Thank you to each and every person who has donated here. I know for sure that your donations WILL make a difference for Henry.

On June 25th we held a Summer Course - the first for two years following the various Covid lockdowns. We had great attendance, brilliant instruction, and maximum enthusiasm and effort from students.
