    Story

    Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters,

My family and I are raising money for the less fortunate of my village in Zakiganj, Bangladesh who are in desperate need of help. An urgent appeal has been made by our friends to build them a new home. They do not have adequate accommodation and live in makeshift homes, with no suitable bathroom and have to resort to using facilities outside. The family consists of an elderly couple who have 8 daughters and 1 son, who is unable to work due to a medical condition. The family struggle to just get by and really need your help.

We aim to raise £5000 insha Allah. We are aiming for the housing to consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. This depends on how much we raise now, and potentially in the future. Please help us improve the lives of our family friends.

Our beloved Messenger ﷺ told us that "Allah will Help his slave as long as he helps brother."

He ﷺ also said “Sadaqah wipes out sins like water extinguishes fire”. May Allah (SWT) accept all our efforts and donations that go towards improving the lives of this family. Jazak'Allah Khairan.

Assalamualaikum, We did it, Alhamdulilah! We’ve successfully raised £5000 to help build a new home for a family in Bangladesh. May everyone that has donated and shared this fundraiser over the last few months be rewarded abudnantly for their efforts. There are still few days remaining of this blessed month and as it will take a while to start preparation of building a new home, we will continue to leave the fundraiser open to raise additional funds for the family. I will post updates when they come insha Allah. Jazak’Allah Khayran.
