Story
I’m raising £750 to help build a Kitchen and Dining Room at Kaimbaga Secondary School in Frankadua, Kenya, as part of Project Lisha with The Village Projects Foundation.
This initiative will provide students with regular, nutritious meals—helping to combat malnutrition and improve overall health. To achieve this, I’ll be running my first (and last) Marathon in Paris in April, and would love your support in making a real difference.

Why?
Last year, my flatmate Alfie was involved in Project Agbe, which provided clean drinking water to all students at Retca School. Seeing the direct impact of this work was incredibly inspiring, and I knew I wanted to contribute myself.
Now, I’m supporting Project Lisha, the next mission led by The Village Projects Foundation. This initiative is about more than just building a kitchen—it’s about giving students the proper nutrition they need to grow, learn, and thrive. In many impoverished communities, access to regular meals is not guaranteed, and this project will make a real, lasting difference.

About The Village Projects Foundation
The Village Projects Foundation is a small but powerful charity dedicated to combating inequality in communities where even the most basic human necessities are not always present. Since its inception, the charity has successfully completed seven projects, improving education and infrastructure in rural and deprived communities in Kenya, Ghana, and Nepal.
Unlike many charities, The Village Projects Foundation operates with no paid staff—meaning that 100% of donations go directly into funding life-changing projects.
In Retca, the charity has already built a library, donated 60,000 books, provided 21 computers, and installed 30 desks—transforming education for 300 students, their families, and the wider community. Most recently, the foundation ensured access to clean drinking water, making sure children stay hydrated, healthy, and able to make full use of the resources provided to them.

How you can help
Every donation, big or small, will directly contribute to providing a safe and functional space for students to eat. Your support will not only help me cross the finish line in Paris but, more importantly, will help transform lives in Ghana.
If you can, please donate and share this page. Let’s make a difference together!
