I will be running the Hastings half marathon on the 20th March as I am half way through the recovery of my second bionic knee surgery to get me onto that sweet footy pitch!

I would welcome any donation possible, no matter how small, to help support those suffering from the horrendous crisis in Ukraine at the moment. The money will go to BEARR Trust who provide urgent humanitarian aid for vulnerable Ukrainian people. Funds will go to local NGOs in Ukraine & Moldova who are already BEARR's partners, to improve the health and social welfare of vulnerable people.
