Dr Zuber Bagasi is no stranger to challenges. Having taken part in numerous fitness intiatives over the years for charity, this is his biggest challenge yet - the Iron Man Triathlon Challenge.

Over the course of 17 hours, Dr Bagasi will look to complete a 2.5-mile swim, a 112-mile cycle and a full 26-mile marathon.

His motivation for taking part in the Iron Man Challenge is two-fold; one is to raise money for some very worthy causes – hospices that are local to every town in the North-West that Synergy Dental has a presence in; across Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Bury and Ormskirk. The other is to inspire other busy, working men just like him to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle in order to feel satisfaction of the physical and psychological benefits.
