St Augustine's Church is a small church in the picturesque village of Draughton, North Yorkshire. It was built in the Victorian era and at present has no form of insulation. We are seeking to raise a total of £10,000, including £2,000 via this JustGiving platform, to enable us to install ceiling insulation. This will make the church more comfortable in the winter months, reduced the rate of deteroriation of the fabric, and above all help to reduce our "carbon footprint" in line with the aim of making the church carbon neutral by 2030.
