Unfortunately disaster has struck and Shorty's beautiful house on her Tintenbar family farm has been destroyed by the falling of a giant fig tree during these wild storms.

Shorty, her partner Gretchy and son Brays are now homeless and in need of some help to get through this tough time.

Reilly Stancombe, of Little Clacton in Essex, was inspired to grow his hair long by footballer Gareth Bale. Having never had a trim, his locks grew to more than 2ft.

However he took the plunge after seeing photos of children who had lost their hair to cancer. .
