Story

I am autistic. Everywhere I go, I'm accompanied by my assistance cat Chloe.

We're taking supermarket giant Sainsbury's to court for refusing us entry. The case might set a legal precedent. You can read more about the case on the BBC News website: Court fight looms over Sainsbury's cat ban.

People asked if there was some way they could contribute to a 'fighting fund.' So, I've set this up for people that wish to contribute. Anything is welcome.

Any funds left over after legal costs are paid will be passed to legitimate cat rescue charities.

When the court case became public in May 2022, Sainsbury's told the media that they were 'in contact with the local environmental health team to see if there are ways we can help Mr Fenn to visit our store.' 45 days have passed and Sainsbury's has yet to share any results of their claimed conversation. I have also been unable to identify the local environmental health team they are referring to. So, the case continues. Thank you so much for the donations so far. I really appreciate your contributions.
