I am doing this 7 mile barefoot charity walk, to raise awareness & funding to help men who are in dire need of proffessional & sympathetic support, which will encourage them to staballise their lives and give them new hope & direction, into work, homes and their family lives.

I have heard & seen first hand from members & staff from their stories told, how this important support is needed to help those who are feeling vulnerable, tired, pressured and lonely & how the proffessional guidance & support has helped individuals & the group come together to help one another in their journey's.

This is an amazing group, who need funding even more than ever, to help with more one to one sessions for those who need a listening ear, guidance and a supportive long term way out of the predicament they find themselves in.

I am walking from Burnley to Bacup on Sat 20th August from St Catherines Community Centre to the Cornerstones in Bacup.
Where from 7pm there will be live entertainment from Second Sun & a buffet..hope to see you all there..
