Story
We know these are tough times for everyone, and money is a precious commodity, but if youre able to support our fundraising, we thank you hugely. We’re supporting:
The Angus MacDonald Foundation
Why? - Formed by our #15, Angus MacDonald who successfully combated the early stages of bowel cancer last year, the Foundation has been set up to raise awareness around cancer diagnosis in young people and to use sport as an activity and a rehabilitation mechanism when people have had treatment, to get them fit and active again.
Tigers Trust
Why? - We think it's important to support a cause that's close to football, to something Hull City related if we can but also something that the local community can benefit from. The Tigers Trust:-
• provide facilities for the improving health and social cohesion through participation in sport and leisure activities.
• advance educational opportunities for young people and adults, working with a wide range of partners.
• promote activities that will enhance social welfare and inclusion for families and people of all ages.

4 years agoWe have another £40 in offline donations, so are tantalisingly close to hitting £1000! (£979 as of 11th August). Amazing stuff. ❤️ Thank you to everyone who’s supported us over the last 5 months on Zoom, hope we’ve given you a bit of light relief from the lockdown situation, as well as a bit of company and some new acquaintances. Fingers crossed we’ll be able to quiz in the pubs from September....but given the attendances we’ve had, well look to host an online quiz at least quarterly going forwards, with another one before Christmas!

5 years agoUnbelievably we’ve surpassed the £700 mark when we include offline donations - that’s after 6 Lockdown quizzes. Amazing! A bit lost for words really. Thank you hardly seems enough, but really, on behalf of Tigers Trust and The Angus MacDonald Foundation - THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

5 years agoAmazing! We’ve passed the £500 mark! Thank you so very much. Never imagined we’d be locked down for so long, and certainly never expected to have raised so much money just by setting a few questions & inviting you to be tested by them every fortnight. You’re such fantastic people. 👏 👏

On behalf of the Hull City Official Supporters Club, & due to the current social distancing rules, I’m hosting Virtual Quiz Nights. I’d love to be able to fundraise for the 2 causes the OSC quizzes are promoting thru 2020 - The Angus MacDonald Foundation & the Tigers Trust.
