Our minibus is old, tired and about to give up the ghost. We rely on it to transport our young people from our HQ up to the farm, about ten minutes away by road.

There is never enough money to support some of the most vulnerable young people in society. Hopefields is a community interest, non-profit organisation looking to educate, support and challenge young people with an additional need, right in the heart of Teesside. We want our young people to be the best they can be, so we use a trauma informed, outcome focused approach which is hinged on an excellent curriculum, led by quality first staff.
