Story
The money donated here will be shared amongst the amazing charities and groups that did so much to help support Garry following his brain tumour diagnosis in 2014. These are:
St Barnabas Hospice Trust (Lincolnshire) - for providing us with amazing advice and brilliant end of life care for Garry through their "Hospice at Home" team.
Marie Curie - for their out of hours nursing care that we had to call on many times during Gaz's final few weeks at home.
Headway Lincolnshire - for providing support and information to people with acquired brain injuries and their carers.
Glanford and Scunthorpe Canoe Club - Garry loved being on the water, and his kayaking provided him with fun, friendship and a sense of purpose following his diagnosis. The committee, coaches and club members made Garry and I feel so welcome, and he spent some of his happiest times in the last four years there.
