I've raised £250 to support members of the community who are either homeless or at threat of homelessness and struggle with food poverty and mental illness.

Our overall aim is to raise awareness of homelessness and increase access to healthy food and mental well-being initiatives by vulnerable individuals who are either homeless or at threat of homelessness in England, with specific emphasis on London’s most impoverished borough, Barking and Dagenham.
We support: individuals who suffer/ed with long-term unemployment & food poverty; adults with learning or additional needs; adults that live with long-term care, support and hidden needs that are furthest from the labor and housing market. The ages range from as young as 18 years old to as old as 75 years old with varying levels of need and health challenges. Health challenges include mental illness, disability, drug and alcohol addiction and chronic illnesses.
