H2oTrails and Northumbrian Sauna have moved to an incredible new venue—our biggest and best upgrade yet! This new location has massive potential for open water swimming, contrast therapy, and outdoor adventure, but we need your help to bring it fully to life.

Why We’re Reaching Out

Last year was a tough one. Our previous lake turned green, forcing us to close for three months, leading to a huge financial loss. After a quieter-than-usual winter, we were given just two months to leave in January.

Despite this setback, we didn’t give up! We’ve now secured an amazing new venue, but getting it fully operational and making it super amazing requires a bit of a financial boost.

What Your Donations Will Support
Funding towards

📍 New Signage – Clear signs are essential! We need three big signs (gate, lodge car park, and rear entrance) plus smaller directional A-frame signs to guide visitors.

🚑 Safety Equipment – Our current defibrillator model is being phased out this year, meaning we must upgrade to ensure swimmer safety.

🏡 H2o Lodge Upgrades – We now have our own clubhouse! To make it a welcoming hub for swimmers and sauna users, we plan to:

Convert one of the bathrooms into a wet room for swimmers.

Create a self-serve café-style rest area, complete with a coffee machine and cozy space to warm up.

🚿 Outdoor Gas Showers – Perfect for rinsing off after a cold dip or sauna session!

🔥 Sauna Experience Enhancements – We want to create an even better contrast therapy experience with improved facilities and ambiance.
