    Story

After being inspired by the heroics of Captain Sir Tom Moore, six year old Henry wanted to do his bit to support this country's amazing and brave front line workers. Over 10 days, he will be running a marathon to raise money for the Frontline19 charity.

Over the past year, hospital staff, emergency response teams, ambulance support staff, social care & care home workers, agency & bank staff across the U.K. have put their own welfare and health on the line in order to help others. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the mental wellbeing of these workers has been under an incredible amount of stress and strain. Frontline19 are there to help. They are a free and confidential psychological support service, who work with specialist therapy providers to help front line staff in their time of need. #FRONTLINE19

We are also proudly following and personally supporting the Posters for the People campaign, which has seen our cities and local streets transformed with vibrant billboards and posters designed by 19 renowned artists from across the UK. Each poster conveys a positive and supportive message thanking essential frontline workers for their continued efforts. Members of the public can buy copies of the posters, with all money raised going to Frontline19. Henry will be proudly wearing a t-shirt with one of the pieces of artwork on the back, from the incredible - Chris Clarke.

Wow - what an awesome little boy we have! Totally biased view of course.

We are all rooting for Henry and your support would not only encourage Henry, it was also help those in need.

Henry will finish his marathon on Sunday 28th March.

Well, that £250 target didn’t last long! Wow! Thank you SO much for your support - Henry is absolutely chuffed to say the least! We’ve decided to double the target to £500. Please do share the page if you are able to; it really means a lot. He went for his furthest ever run yesterday of 5k - without a single stop! 🙌🏻
