Story

Thank you so much for your support and so many messages of solidarity from people all around!

The war in Ukraine is absolute madness! Never in my entire life did I ever imagine that the two nations would ever be at war, or more accurately one attacking the other. It is really hard to put into words all the thoughts and feelings to be honest. Seeing your people and country being destroyed by a madman is terrifying and infuriating. This mindless violence is taking a huge toll on the innocent people of Ukraine as I know first hand from constant contact with my family there. They are not safe but they are alive and I'm able to contact them daily. Some of them you can see in the image above. They are lovely, hard working and peace-loving people. One of them, my cousin's wife Irina, is a medic on the front line - she's a real hero. I haven't heard from her for a couple of days and I pray that she's safe. The rest are keeping sheltered in or around Kiev or trying to make their way to Poland. I promised them that I'll do my absolute best to get them to safety as soon as they cross the border and give them every possible financial assistance to survive and restore their lives. This brings me here.

Thank you for supporting and donating! It really means a lot to me and the family! There will be more that we all can do once the refugees get to the UK and Europe but for now please keep supporting, whether by educating people in your surrounding, or showing up to local peaceful rallies, or making monetary donations. All of the proceeds raised here will be used directly to help families of those suffering in Ukraine.
