John Compton’s funeral donations

Our lovely Dad died peacefully at his care home on Wednesday 13 March, a week after celebrating 90th birthday.

Instead of sending flowers for Dad’s funeral, we ask that you donate to the Villages Wednesday Club, based at Blunden Court in Bramley.

The Club was founded in 1989 as the Four Villages Day Centre, to serve elderly and housebound residents of Bramley, Wonersh, Blackheath and Shamley Green. It meets every Wednesday from 10am until 2.30pm and provides a social day out for those who may otherwise feel isolated and lonely.

Dad really enjoyed his visits and would be pleased to support a local charity.
