Our residents here at Heathfield Court care home in Erith, will be holding a daily dog walkathon throughout the month of July 2023 to raise funds for AA Dog Rescue in Latchingdon.

Our beloved shih tzu-terrier cross rescue dogs Trixie and Lulu came to us from the charity last year and have settled in brilliantly, we all love them so much. The dogs also take part in regular pet therapy sessions, which are particularly beneficial for our residents living with dementia.

Please support our dog walkathon if you can – our residents will be taking the dogs out for walks every day in our landscaped gardens, the local green and Danson Park. Most of our residents haven’t walked dogs for years so this is a challenge we're all looking forward to! We’re very grateful for any support you’re able to give to help the important work of AA Dog Rescue. Thank you!
