Midwich UK&I charity committee is proud to present it's first challenge of 2022...

HEALTHY BODY, HEALTHY MIND, HEALTHY WINNINGS! #healthybodymindchallenge

Kick start your 2022 wellbeing by choosing one or both of our challenges and stand a chance of WINNING cash prizes.

GIVE A LITTLE - £10 per challenge.

MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE – 90% of your donation will go to a Midwich chosen charity of your choice, which you can chose during registration. The remaining 10% will go into the prize pot.

STEP MORE, LOSE A LITTLE - Increasing your daily exercise levels, combined with a healthy balanced diet can result in huge benefits to your physical health and mental wellbeing.

FEEL A WHOLE LOT BETTER – We sometimes forget about how amazing increased exercise and balanced diets can be for mental health. People have reported better self-esteem and increased confidence, feeling more accomplished, and even feeling better about their performance in the workplace.

WIN BIG - Regular spot prizes up for grabs and substantial cash prize for overall winners.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED...

STEP ONE – decide between one or both of our challenges.

Challenge One – Increase your step count

Significantly increase your weekly step count (as a %), week by week. The winner will be the participant who increases their weekly step count the most from 28/01/22 to 01/04/22. You will need to evidence your step count to the event organiser every week.

You will need to provide evidence of your average weekly step count for the week leading up to the 28/01/22. we'll then use this as a benchmark. You'll be required to submit your weekly step count every Friday, to the organiser.

Challenge Two – Lose weight

Submit your body weight in week one (confidentially) and then every week. The winner will be the participant who gradually reduces their body weight (as a %) the most from 28/01/22 to 01/04/22.

You will need to provide evidence of your body weight (confidentially) on Friday 28th January and then every Friday for the duration of the challenge.

We'll never disclose any weights or step counts, only your % difference.

STEP TWO – Register (REGISTRATION HAS NOW CLOSED)

Register your details via the QR Code below BEFORE 5pm on Wednesday 26th January 2022 - This will take 2 minutes.

STEP THREE – Donate!

Donate a £10 or £20 entrance fee via this Just Giving Page and we’ll then donate 90% of this to the charity you selected at registration, minus the 10% that we’ll keep towards the prize fund.

STEP FOUR - we’ll be in touch!

Once you’ve registered and donated, a member(s) of Midwich's charity committee will be in touch with you. They will welcome you to the challenge, and you can ask any questions that you might have. They will be your point of contact throughout the challenge.

The challenge officially starts on Friday 28th January 2022 and ends on Friday 1st April 2022.

THE WINNINGS

Once registration closes on Wednesday 26th January, we'll then have an understanding of how much the prize pot will be for each challenge - we'll let all the participants know at that point!
