Story
On Saturday 14th April I will be walking, with some friends, from my home in Kingswood to Portishead, along the cycle track (17 miles approx) to raise funds for Ravenswood Special School, Nailsea. Our granddaughter attends this school which provides education for children with special needs, including Autism. Please can you help me raise funds to provide the school with additional equipment or special treats. I have already raised £500 through friends and family and hope to raise a further £500 through crowd funding.
Any support would be welcomed going to such a great cause.

7 years agoOn Monday I had the pleasure of visiting Ravenswood School to hand over a cheque for £2,160.00. I had an opportunity to look round the school and see the good work that it is going on. Thank you again to my very generous family and friends who helped me raise this fantastic amount of money.

7 years agoThank you to everyone who supported me in this challenge for a really good cause. We completed the walk yesterday in 5 hours 20 mins. We have raised over £1,000 but I haven't had chance to total up yet. Can't wait to hand over the funds to Ravenswood School.
