2 years ago I was undergoing treatment for Rectal Cancer at the cancer unit in Glan Clwyd hospital. They looked after me so well. I was also granted a 'special day' by the Willow Foundation for me, Steve and the boys to visit and stay at Legoland during my treatment for some quality family time away from the routine of hospital visits.

I had the all clear in last year and after numerous post treatment complications the time has now come when I feel strong enough to raise funds to give something back to the fantastic cancer unit who looked after me so well, the Willow Foundation to be able to grant a special day to someone else and for St Kentigerns.

Me and 14 friends and colleagues are doing a 10k sponsored walk on Sunday 19th June 2016 from the Events Arena in Rhyl to the Nova Centre and back.

All sponsorship raised will be split equally between the 3 oF them.
