Harvey came up with the idea to walk from his school, Stockton Heath Primary School to Old Trafford football stadium in order to raise money for a new school playground.

We are unbelievably proud of Harvey for wanting to do this for his school. The importance of a good school playground and physical activity at school plays a critical role in improving the attention spans of kids, decreases stress and anxiety, and prepares the little ones for classwork. It also improves motivation and helps kids try out things that they may not be inclined to try in a classroom setting.

He hopes that by combining two of his favourite things, school and Manchester United he will help to raise the much needed funds. Stockton Heath Primary School headmaster, Mr Harding has committed to support Harvey with his amazing challenge and will walk all the way to the football ground with him.

On January 29th Harvey will set off to Old Trafford joined by his friends and family.
