Where do I start? So I have been battling cancer for over 5 years on and off, since the age of 23. I have never let negativity win and have devoted my life to health and wellness, not only for myself but helping others achieve their goals too, through my non-proft Making My Grass Greener.

I have always refused help (other than from my doctors) as I have never felt I needed it. However things have chnaged, the NHS have told me they are running out of ideas and I no longer qualify for trails due to my previous treatment plans making me invalid. So I now have to change my ways too and ask for help taking this into my own hands.

I have been accepted into a German clinic to have groundbreaking treatment, that works on hard to treat cancers. But the catch is I must self-fund it. The price tag is £40,000. I am trying to earn as much of it myself as I can however with such a short window. (End of April 2024) I must ask for help.

I am not just begging though I will be competing in a 50km race on the 6th of April. To get myself in the best shape possible to give this treatment a good shot of working and to prove I’m working whats left of my butt of for this! I will still be on chemo and pushing myself to my limit but isn‘t that what living life is about????
