Hi  everyone ,  we  have  never  done  anything  like  this  before  but  we  have  come  to  the  stage  where  we  really  need  all  your help.! :)  I'm writing on behalf of CLFC (Caithness Ladies Football Club). The club has been running for 8 years. We have always struggled to get games  but  this year is different for us, we have been  given  the chance to enter the Highland League !!! But for this to be possible for us all we need your support.

We live in the most northerly point of Caithness,Scotland. If you live in a rural location you will understand the struggle to  travel  anywhere . We are at least a 2 hour journey away from our nearest competition, to be able to commute 16 players down on a mini bus to the nearest game (Dingwall, Ross and Cromarty) to play a  single match  it will cost our club a minimum of £400, after fuel, the hire of the bus and the bus drivers time. This is a massive expense.  If we manage to  raise  enough  money  and enter the league we are going to be traveling south twice a  month,  furthest  being    Stonehaven,  Aberdeenshire. It  adds  up  quite  a  lot  very  quickly .

CLFC are a group of committed, completely individual girls who have come together to train and play football weekly whom  currently only manage to get a game once every 3  months!  BUT  with  your  support  and  help  we  will  hopefully  get  to  fulfil  our  dreams  and  enter  the Highland League !  We  will  keep  everyone  posted  on  our success  through  our  website  and  facebook  page . 

Please help us with the last stretch so CLFC can enter the league and show the boys we can do it too :)
