Story
My name is Hannah and I'm 13 years old. I suffer from a rare condition called Transverse Myelitis which affects my spinal cord paralysing me from my waist down meaning I use a wheelchair. The current wheelchair I am using is not a made to fit wheelchair and is causing me discomfort and the one I am hoping on getting is over £5000 and although I will be funding for it out of my money myself I would be so grateful if you could spare some time to donate to try and at least get us to £1000. Thank you so much xxx
