I've raised £150 to help towards a small local charity called Bolton Smiley Faces

My daughter Esmae was born on the 13th February 2016 rocking an extra chromosome, a wonderful staff nurse introduce my family to a local support group called Bolton Smiley Faces.
The group was amazing and so welcoming and we as a family have never once looked back. The group offers support, guidance and a coffee which everyone needs from time to time.
Bolton Smiley faces provides speech and language sessions along with activities on a monthly bases to all the children. The group also arranges and provide activities throughout the year that covers all age groups from babies to teenagers and the lady behind it all is amazing.
So as a family we want to give a little back to Bolton Smiley Faces to say thank you for all the hard work and dedication they show to all our families.
On the 21st March 2019 it is World Down Syndrome Day and all we ask is that people wear odd socks to help spread awareness.
On the 23rd March 2019 Esmae will be doing a sponsored walk for Bolton Smiley Faces therefore, if you would like to sponsor Esmae then that would be amazing.
Thank you x
