Story
Baroque Opera Live would like to put on a concert at the Opus Theatre in Hastings, dedicated to the memory of well-loved musician Robert Aldwinckle, who spent the last years of his life in Hastings and passed away in April this year. Robert was deeply passionate about the music of George Frederick Handel, so our concert will be a tribute to this, the greatest of all composers.
We will have expenses to cover for this concert, but unfortunately ticket sales rarely cover our expenses, and we are deep in the red at the moment. We need to raise £800 by the end of July before the concert can go ahead. Everyone who donates £20 or more will receive a ticket and a voucher for a glass of wine. If you donate £30 or more we will also reserve you a front row seat. Donate £150 and get a quarter page ad for your business in the concert programme, 2 front row tickets, and 2 wine vouchers.
Hoping very much you can help, as we have some wonderful Handel music and singers lined up for you! Donors can also make a musical request for the concert. We can't guarantee to perform it, but we will do our very best depending on our resources.
Profits will be donated to the Parkinson's Society.
