Hair care for heroes is to give a huge thank you to our front line workers at East Surrey, who have been working so tirelessly to save lives over the course of the pandemic.

It was my sister who is currently working as an Occupational therapy assistant, who brought to my attention the strict rules they have to follow with health & safely when returning home. After a very long & mentally draining day they then need to get changed out of their uniform at work. Then come home & immediately shower head to toe to limit them passing on anything to their families.

Washing our hair for most of us is a complete chore, let alone doing it everyday after a very tough day on the frontline.Not to be mention painful scalps & bad condition caused by the constant washing.My idea is to make that experience at the end of the day as pleasurable as possible, to help them feel human again after a hard day on the frontline.
