Story
I'm raising £5,000 for a community interest company in Leeds called "blood sweat and gears" that's looking to move to the next stage within the project and become a registered charity. By gaining charity status they would be able to seek further fundings and grants that will enable them to secure land where a suitable riding facility can be built and all types of bikes and safety gear is provided for children and young adults from all areas where advice can be given on the dangers on street riding and the effects it has within the community's and public services along with learning to ride on a off road safe and controlled environment where pyramid learning structure can take place for all skill levels. Maintenance and repair will be another key factor within the training ensuring all taking part understand necessary checks should be made prior to setting off, certificates will be given at different stages of the training.
They will be looking to work close with charity organisation's such as PTSD 999 and PTSD 1965 also safer roads west Yorkshire.
BS&G are also looking for donations of any unwanted MX gear that can be used within the centre.
