My son Andrew (Spud) has been a member of the BRFC for 4 years, in that time he has made some amazing friends in his team mates, he has learnt the importance of teamwork and his fitness level has come on leaps and bounds.

Next weekend the 11th and 12th of November I will be competing in the Worlds Toughest Mudder a 24hr endurance event in Las Vegas.

I have been an active TM participant for the last 5 years having completed 31 Tough Mudders in that time, including the 8 hour Midnight - 8am event earlier this year. And I am also a UK Ambassador for Tough Mudder and with my wife Miranda we are the most decorated volunteers with over 60 events each worked at.

I do these events for my own challenges and never ask for sponsorship, however with WTM being that bit different I thought I could perhaps help to raise some funds for the boys for their annual tour this year, they are a squad of nearly 24 and with that comes a lot of expense for kit, buses and accommodation.

This is where you come in, if you think you could support me to raise some funds for the boys then I would be digging deep on each lap and hour I endure in the desert.
