I've raised £15000 to Guru Nanak's Mission Nottingham

Guru Nanak's Mission (GNM) is a diverse group of volunteers who come together three times a week to serve a hot meal to those in need.
A hot meal can make a massive difference to those who GNM serve, and sadly there are still circumstances where this would often be somebody's first Hot meal of the day.
This fundraiser will be used to help GNM bulk purchase all the products that are used in the cooking and distributing of food (e.g. oil, rice, tomato tins, spices, pulses, soya etc.)
The environmental impact of what we do is hugely important to us all. At GNM, we believe we must ensure that any meal we serve has as little impact on our environment as possible.
Over the past six months, GNM has been working hard to reduce all our plastic use. This year we began to serve all our meals in biodegradable and compostable packaging. This however is one of the most expensive costs we have.
Your donation will help GNM keep the mission going for all three days we operate, as well as our extra work and projects, including working with the Red Cross during extreme weather and supporting homeless families and children during the school holidays.
GNM can only do this with the support and help of people just like you who care about those who are less fortunate.
