Grey Abbey Primary School usually have a Non-Uniform Day once a month to raise money for Abaana - a charity which helps children in Uganda. Last year some of the PTA ran the Belfast Marathon Relay to raise money for our PTA. This year we were due to run again but it was cancelled. On Friday 8th May some of us and some of the children are going to run, jog or walk to raise money to help locally with the NHS and Carers. To save handling money you can sponsor me or other people taking part through this website. WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT ASKING PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION. (If you are part of our school community - there is financial help available if you are in need...) This is only if you are able and want to join with us. Children who aren't sponsored are encouraged to take part by running or walking a mile in their gardens on Friday. Please join us in supporting our local NHS and Care Workers!
