On 15th June, the "Ruff Mudders" will take on the full Tough Mudder course, running 10-12 miles of muddy terrain, completing obstacles including swimming through ice water, crawling through swamps under barb wire, and being zapped with 10,000 volts.

We do this not just because we are all daft.. we do it to raise money for a great cause that is close to all of us.

Fife Dog Rescue and Rehoming and their volunteers work tirelessly to put the dogs first and make sure they are given the best of care while helping match them with their hooman in their forever home. Due to a recent site relocation, this great cause needs all the support it can get in getting the new premises up and running to continue carrying out the fantastic work they do. Funds will be used for new kennels, and exercise and training areas to support the dogs fully while they patiently wait for their new home.
