Last month, I took part in an massive challenge where I travelled across Europe with no money. I raced five other people from a starting location near Amsterdam all the way to Monaco without a penny to my name, not even my smartphone or a map. The challenge was filmed as a video series for Simon Wilson's YouTube channel with the main goal of raising money for The Bridge Retreat.

The Bridge is a fantastic place that provides help to those who are struggling with their mental health and greatly helps people who are suffering from conditions such as Depression and Anxiety, PTSD and trauma related health issues. In most cases, people pay to book themselves into the retreat however I want to raise funds for those who are in desperate need of help but who can't afford it. The Bridge supports between 1-3 people each retreat through their bursary fund.

If I can raise £2,950, I will be able to pay to book someone into The Bridge for the full six-day experience which will dramatically transform and improve that person's life.

The selection process to get into The Bridge is careful and fair to make sure that everyone at the retreat can get the help they need. The Bridge also looks fondly on those who help society in some way themselves. For example, nurses, teachers, single parents, ex-military, etc. They love to help those who help others.
