Good Nugget is a non-profit organisation empowering underrepresented talent to take their first steps towards a career in the exciting world of branding, communications and marketing.

Through a range of initiatives including our 12 week Kickstart employability programme, we find emerging talent training with the essential skills and knowledge to land an entry level role 💡 ✊🌈🌍

Our initiatives are designed to build confidence, awareness and employability skills employers look for. I want to connect the creative industries with the next generation of talent whilst inspiring them to create more equitable hiring processes.”
