✊ WHY because without diversity, life would be a very boring and that would be the same for the workplace. Our differences help to generate better ideas, conversations, outcomes and challenges, enabling us to continually grow and learn.

💫 Our mission is to improve diversity and reduce inequality in the creative industry by offering free initiatives to support underrepresented young people, tutors/teachers and professionals. We believe that by raising awareness we can help bridge the gap between education and the real world.

⚡️So far we’ve launched two free mentoring programmes, both of which had a 100% success rate, helping young people more confident to approach new opportunities and increase their industry awareness. Our free 12 week webinar series kicked off this Autumn generating over 500 sign ups, offering insights into the creative industry from the people working in the jobs right - more information here .

💥 £100 will support our school career talks and help host our 1-2-1 ‘Coffee Club’ conversations. These talks and conversations offer an inspirational platform to help a young person connect directly with an industry professional, grow their awareness of the creative industry and learn more about the day to day of different roles.
