I've raised £2500 to donate to charities and good causes within the Glossopdale area.

We have recently announced that this year we will not be able to put on the Glossop Bonfire and Fireworks Display in Manor Park as we have for the last 40+ years. This is, of course, because of Coronavirus and the impossibility of enforcing the social distancing rules currently in place for the Glossopdale area.
Many people within the Glossopdale area are not aware that Glossop and District Round Table is a non-profit organisation. Round Tables members are all volunteers and give their time freely for the community. The monies that we collect on the entrances to Manor Park on Bonfire Night are donated to many of the charities and good causes within the Glossopdale area. Each year we aim to raise over £10,000 to donate and since the Bonfire Night began we have raised over £300,000 for the community.
This year however, these charities will not see the donations they have come to rely on over the years from the monies raised on Bonfire night unless you can help! We are asking the people of Glossopdale and surrounding areas, will you please consider a donation? We may not be able raise the money by running the Bonfire and Fireworks Display this year but with your help we can still support these worthwhile causes in this very difficult year.
