Story

I will be running the Brighton half marathon on the 24th Febuary 2019. I am raising money for a truly inspirational angel - Amanda Woodhouse.

Amanda sadly passed away on November 7 after a ten-year cancer battle.

Doctors found a life threatening brain tumour when she was only 38 years old. Despite the diagnosis, Amanda set up Amanda’s Angels, a project dedicated to raising awareness and funds for research into brain cancer. She threw herself into fundraising and over the years raised £57,000. Amanda also won two Argus charity of the year awards in 2018 and 2019.

Amanda was a very courageous, beautiful, strong, inspirational wife, daughter, mother and grandmother who is very sadly missed.

Any donations for this charity will go towards Amanda's angels charity and help brain cancer research and they would be greatly appreciated.
