I am very excited to be able to tell you that my “Splash of Pink Breast Cancer Ball” is booked for the 23rd September 2023, at the amazing Shrigley Hall Hotel & Spa in Macclesfield.

Whilst raising vital funds for a Cancer charity is an amazing thing to do, I wanted to go one step further and together, we will raise funds for the Breast Cancer Unit at Macclesfield hospital. As they cannot tell me today what they need in September, I will be contacting the hospital nearer the time to see what vital equipment is needed. If this is a biopsy machine, or a scanner, then that will be my aim, our aim.

I am extremely passionate about raising these funds and giving something back to Macclesfield hospital as it is where my own breast cancer journey took place. I was unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with breast cancer back in Apr 2020 and after a very long 8 months of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, I am here to tell this story. To raise awareness of just how common this is and to show support, just as they showed me support. Will you help me?

The “Splash of Pink Breast Cancer Ball” will be an amazing night full of fun and laughter and of course fund raising and maybe a few tears.
