Just wanted to update everyone.... the bench is paid for in full and on order. We have also managed to pay for a plaque to be placed on Herne bay pier for Tristan, somewhere he loved to go with Gavin, Sophia and his friends. Any funds left over will be split between ADHD UK, Papyrus and EHMF as donations. Thank you so much for your help, support and kind donations to get us to this point. We plan to hold an event when the bench is officially placed finally

Day 19 pt 3 Looking back towards Camber. The walk to Hastings is made up of a series of 5 large hills through the Hastings Country park, with steep paths and steps. These messages were written on a set of steps. "Give thanks for life" and "Keep smiling it gets better". View towards Hastings across Pett Level. First glimpse of Hastings after scaling the last hill. The fisherman huts at the bottom of Tamarisk steps is the official end of the Saxon shore way. There is no sign to symbolise this, Its just where the route is "known" to end!
