Hi guys im doing my 1st proper 10k event in july and hoping to beat 55 mins as it stands. I am hoping to use this event to raise money for Aberdare Town u7s & 8s to help the teams throughout the 2021/22 season whether it equipment, kit or anything. I have no reserves on money even if its a £1 that’ll help towards the fund. Please feel free to donate, share or ignore thanks very much 👍🏻
