So this year I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 7th for the first time to raise money for the Children's Ward at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend.
Please help me hit or even increase my target as from a personal side and very good friends of mine, I have seen the fantastic work that gets done by the amazing superhero's that work there saving lives day in day out.
Even if you just donate £1 i will be ever so grateful.
