Story
Anyone who knows me, knows that music is a massive part of my life and is something I care about deeply. Due to the current situation I have decided to create a 6 day long festival in which I will be camping out in my back garden using a homemade festival setting (a gazebo, my laptop and cardboard props) reminiscing by watching old live videos of some of my favourite bands via YouTube playlists which I personally have created. This started out as an idea just for fun but i don't do things by halves and thought i could do something more productive with it
I got the inspiration for this as I saw a few people did a similar thing for Download TV and I thought it was a great idea. I am also expressing my support for the #LetTheMusicPlay campaign and I thought it could also be another thing for people to look forward to as a majority of festivals and shows have been postponed or cancelled for the foreseeable future.
This subject is very close to my heart and with that in mind I want to raise as much money as I can to help keep our venues open and put a smile on people’s faces!

A lot of folk will identify a need, most will sympathise with the plight of those affected. Not many will actually do something about it.Well done you - I hope it goes well!
