Story
🏠Gallier House C.I.C is a non profit organisation focused on reducing the number of suicides within the community.
🏠Established in 2017 and given Community Interest Company status in September 2018 Gallier House C.I.C offers a range of pre and postvention workshops and groups.
🏠In June 2018 Gallier House C.I.C created “The Martin Gallier Project”. The project is fiercely dedicated to preventing suicides, breaking down stigmas and supporting families in the North West.
🏠Gallier House C.I.C receives no government funding and survives solely on fundraising activity, the generosity of individuals and income generated from workshops and our beloved shop.
🏠In February 2019 we opened The Martin Gallier Project Suicide Prevention Centre- Wirral's first and only Suicide Prevention Centre in New Ferry. Our centre is now home to our shop and workshops. The centre is located at 57 New Chester Road, New Ferry and is a treasure trove of art, photography & fancy goods created by local people. The centre offers support to families supporting an individual with suicidal thoughts by offering them funded Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training. The centre also offers a supportive community to those bereaved by suicide and helps individuals in a self assessed suicide crisis.
🏠Our workshops aim to be affordable/free, inclusive for all and provide a safe space for learning and sharing, they include:
💚Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST 16+ only)
💚A range of Health and Wellbeing activities including crystal healing
💚Survivors Of Bereavement By Suicide Support Group
💚Walk & Talk Group
💚A range of creative workshops
💚Mens club

I lost my father to suicide 26 years ago when I was 17. If I had access then to a group like this, I dont think it would have shaped my life like it has. Keep up the good work! ❤
