Story
The Friends of St Mary’s Brymbo are launching a “buy a slate“ appeal to help raise funds towards replacing the Church roof.
This year is the 150th anniversary of St Mary’s Church and over recent months the Friends have been working to keep the building open for the community.
By raising funds towards replacing the roof of the building it will help ensure that the building does not deteriorate further and ensure that the grounds are safe so that the Churchyard can remain open to the public.
The friends of St Mary’s are doing this as we know that many people both within the community and further afield have strong links with the Church or loved ones in the Churchyard.
Any donation or offer of help is very much appreciated.
