Story
About Us
We are two brothers aged 6 and 8 years old and we live in Twyford. Our plan is to undertake a fundraising activity every 2 - 3 months to raise at least £100 for each of our three chosen charities: The Trussell Trust, Greenpeace and The Red Cross and we will update our page with what we are doing and when.
Our first chosen charity: The Trussell Trust
More than 14 million people including 4.5 million children in the UK don’t have enough money to buy food to eat every day. It makes us feel very sad that so many children go to bed hungry and cannot concentrate at school which is why The Trussell Trust is important because the money raised will help give food to people and children who need it the most. For The Trussell Trust we will be doing:
FRESH HOMEMADE LEMONADE STALL @ King George V field, Twyford
On Sunday 8th September (12pm - 3pm) & Sunday 15th September 2022 (2pm-4pm) please come and buy a lemonade and baked treat for £1.50 with all donations going to The Trussell Trust.

THE TWYFORD TOGETHER CHARITY 5K AND FUN RUN
Sunday 9th October 2022. We will be running the Years 1 & 2 (1km) and years 3 & 4 (1km) at Piggott School. If you would like to sponsor us for this that would be brilliant, all donations going to The Trussell Trust. Please post a message if you do so that we can say thank you.

We are hoping to raise at least £100 from these two above activities to donate to The Trussell Trust.

3 years agoHi, we had a great day yesterday at our first charity sale. We managed to make £47 selling our fresh lemonade and baked treats and the most popular treat was our chocolate rice crispie cakes with sweets! We were really pleased with how it went but for our next one this Sunday we really hope we will do even better. We are going to be in the same spot near the Loddon Hall corner of King George V field from 2pm til 4pm or until we run out. Please come along if you are free.
