    Story

Fortis Therapy and Training provide award winning effective therapy to clients of all ages and with all difficulties. We are passionate about supporting people in the most effective ways we can – we treat people as people, not as a number and work to provide the ‘gold standard’ in mental health and emotional wellbeing support. During Covid 19 we have been supporting our community in whatever way we can and we are aware of increasing concerns about the impact that the current situation is having on mental health, with increased anxiety, depression, trauma responses and impacts on relationships and worries about the future. We want to support those people who cannot access therapy, either due to cost, not meeting the thresholds of services, or who are key working and who are struggling at the moment. We would really like to offer our services and facilities to these members of our community who are unable to afford paid for therapy, but we really can’t do this without your help. All funds raised will fund therapy for those people in need, at no charge to the individuals accessing Fortis.
