Forget Me Not Dementia Friendly Cafe is an important resource in the Oakwood community providing a valuable forum for those living with dementia and their carers to meet up to chat, sing, dance and offload in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. It is volunteer led and totally funded through donations and fundraising efforts.

Jackie was one of our valued friends at the cafe and brought many smiles to all of us with her singing and dancing in which she participated with gusto! Her family have requested we set up this page in Jackie’s memory to honour her and help us ensure that we can continue to offer this opportunity for some fun in challenging times.
